Uncle John's Licorice is 99% Fat Free, Cholesterol Free with No Artificial Colours or Flavours. Our licorice is unique in that we use a traditional recipe and an old fashioned small batch cooking method. When cooked and cooled we hand cut it, hand pack it and hand seal each bag of truly delicious licorice. Oh...... and we also take some to chocolate coat! The end result offers a taste and texture that is reminiscent of yesteryear with a fresh modern look.
